Anyone running aftermarket 17” alloys on their Coupe?

Hi,
I’m really not a fan of the 18” /run flat combo on my coupe and wondering whether a smaller wheel fatter (no run flat ) tyre would improve the feel of the car.

Anyone played around with this? Any pics of wheel options fitted ?

just switching to non run flats will make a huge difference. You can also go up to z4m coupe sizes - cant remember exactly, but think its 225/45/18 on the front and 245/40/18 at the rear?

though that said, if you did want to go for 17s, you should be able to pick up a set of style 103 daisies for cheap, as most people are looking to upgrade their 17s to 18s.

17" winters 18" summers both non run-flats Winters on a "square set" 225/45/17 and Summers on a staggered set 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear.

17s with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s all around is awesome. Even the wife remarked how much improved the ride is... Good thing she can see me test the grip when driving solo. :o

I had 17s' on my coupe but, have now switched to 18 mv3 purely for looks as it drove and felt better on 17s'!
That's with NRF on both setups

I think this sums tire selection and size up for alot of us. 17" NRF here. The ride and grip is lovely. And I can't see the wheel well gap from the drivers seat.
