Anyone recommend a dent specialist in the midlands?

We had some visitors at work and one of them c**ts has left a huge dent in my front wing, i saw the car aswell didnt realise they opened their door full swing... its the size of a 50p! Really dont fancy a front wing and a side respray so thought i would try a dent specialist.

Anyone able to recommend one to me?

If not a decent bodyshop?

There is CCTV, but the car was a big old Seat Toledo thing so the camera would have been blocked by the car.

It was the passenger which did it - as both our cars were reversed parked.. how does that work? the car will still bere there till 17.30 - but i am working from home for the rest of the day, but tempted to drive back now.. only wish i noticed it before i left work.

Got a colleague to get the reg plate for me.. but not sure what i can do with that :(

if its just a dent and paint work looks ok and its smooth, then u get something called dent suckers from eba for abotu £5-10, worth trying it. i had a cricket ball knock on the car, fortunately no paintwork affected and it worked. good luck with it.
 
I can recommend http://www.auto-dents.co.uk/ in leicester, the guys name is Rob and he does very good work. Took a dent out the front wing on our old C2 VTS and alot of the 350Z boys have used him.
 
I had some dents taken out of my z by chips away in Coventry. Had about 4 dents done on door and wing and they did it for under £100. Good job too. :thumbsup:
 
Umm some good suggestions..i'll try BMW Sat and and give auto dents a call tomorrow. Having used chips away before and been disappointed i'd rather leave them as a last resort!

Too sick to look at my car at the moment - so be using the focus estate :lol:

Its lucky i didnt notice before i left work as if i had their car probably wouldnt have had all its tyres inflated.

I used Dent Devils a couple of months ago

but it largely depends on how good the chap is that covers your area. The chap that did my car was excellent.

This is the problem with companies like chips away, there only as good as the guy in your area.

Yeah thats the biggest problem... BMW want £90 per dent; which doesnt seem bad.. but then i have had quotes now as low as £50 and they are mobile too, so can come to me.

Will try get a pic and then do some before and after.... need this fixed asap though as i realised now i know its there i care less for my car... wont be long before i curb a wheel!
 
Used BMW dealer for my 'Tesco' ding - I hour with newspaper and coffe and job done. £90 well spent i.m.o. and I have the BMW dealer back up if it goes wrong. :thumbsup:




However can't use the car now for 3 years - found the guy that did it....... and now I'm serving 3 years for GBH. :(
