ANYONE RECOGNIZE THESE WHEELS AS THEY ARE NOT OEM

I saw these wheels on a car advertised for sale in France. They look similar to the optional 19" wheels from BMW but they are different. Does anyone know the manufacturer?

Actually, they are not. I have a set of the OEM BMW wheels on my car and these pictured on this black Z4 are different. For instance, the factory wheel has an irritating grove behind the wheels that runs the entire circumference of the wheel (making a perfect place to catch brake dust

These wheels do not have that inner lip and are cleaner looking, IMO. They may also be wider than the oem 8 and 9" factory witdths.

Not 296 but similar. These have some sort of knuckle on each spoke and the spokes are also twisted. Unusual. They also look bigger.. 20" perhaps.
