ive just set up an account with Hargreaves Lansdown broker! been told i need to complete a W-8BEN form to trade in Twitter shares?

im a complete novice at this and i'm terrified lol

so ive just found out that my stock broker is not taking part in the Twitter floatation! only thing is i now need to find one that is! anyone got any advice?
