Anyone rate mazda rx8's?

My Mate

Has one and loves it, he reckon it handles like a dream and delivers great performance. I have driven it and it’s a good drive for the bucks but...

Reliability is a big issues by all accounts , hot start issues , expensive parts , rebuilds , 20 mpg's + oil ... not to mention the rust that starting to show on these.... but 1500 quid... only a set of csls!! :rofl:
 
My mate had one when i had my s2k.

The 231bhp is a seriously quick car! I couldnt pull away from him in my honda... And i'd say my honda is atleast as fast as my si.... So unless you have an M i wouldnt chance racing one :fuelfire:

IMO, it's the most useless sport car (doesn't even deserve that description) on the market today.

Want a Mazda? Turbo charge a Miata, tweak the brakes and suspension and you're much better off.
