Anyone open their car door onto your z4?

2 years ago as we were travelling to HC09, we stopped in Joplyn, Mo at a truck stop. when I parked, I was facing the cafe and there were no other cars around us. We were seated where we could see the car and wouldn't you know it, this big ol' diesel pick-up pulled up and parked right next to me. The driver opened the door and hit my door. My wife was watching the whole thing and she said the guy got out of the car, looked at my car and continued into the cafe. Well, after lunch, we looked at the damage and sure enough, there was the damage. Well, we got ahold of the guy and he was ornery and confronted him on the damage. He had the guts to tell us to "Go back to California". After a while of arguing with him, we ended calling up the police to help us get his info cause he wasn't about to do that. We got the info and haven't been back to a truck stop at all. :evil:
 
I dunno, but like how you think... Might as well try, eh? I just don't know if it's an appropriate pic to represent the site, though, if you won. :?

I, on the other hand, might get a sympathy vote if I posted a pic of my dehydrated stubby. :lol:

I hope you're able to sort out the damage. Poor car. :cry:
 
hell.....if he won with that pic....everybody would be out screwing their doors up for the September photo contest :rofl: maybe cutting up the convertible tops too

Well, as it turns out, I could use a new top, so... :evil: anybody willing to do this? :scratchhead:
But I may win the Monthly pic contest... :wink:

- that just looks like the latest version of Flame Surfacing!

I'm sure if Bangle saw this photo, he'd think it was a great idea and offer to do a facelift for BMW for the Z4 :wink:
