Anyone near Basildon?

Bit of a cheek I know but I've saw a car in Basildon on a website. Nice looking car 04 3litre, everything looks great but no service history. The owner says the previous owner would forward them but then told him he lost them. It's done 84000 miles had an oil service at 81000 non bmw, got some receipts for roof motor, rear springs a few other things.
So what I'm asking is if someone is local would have a wee look at it for me? I live in Carlisle so it's a bit of a treck down just to see its a shed.
Big ask I know but don't ask you don't get.
 
I may well be over that way on Saturday, maybe. If there's a few beer tokens in it for some fuel then I could make it over anyway. :thumbsup:
 
Thank you RJS-Z4 for the offer, things have changed since I posted this, going to view one on sat morning slightly closer to home, so hopefully no need to look elsewhere.
