Anyone know what this retrofit code is?

Decoding a vin on an e89 and on the bottom of the the list it has ..Retrofitted..KRAD. Not seen this on any other vin have decoded not that there's been many but even a google search is coming up with nowt?

No matter..another search using different criteria turned up its an updated head unit that runs bluetooth and usb capability :)
 
I'd assume at some point it went into BMW with a faulty headunit and got replaced with the later version!
