Anyone know what this oil code means?

Red oil light stays on when I first start the engine, a quick flick of the accelerator and it goes off and stays off.
Checking the oil level and I get this symbol..

Yeah, the oil can lit up in RED until i hit the accelerator and it went out and stayed out. The oil level symbol being displayed doesn't match any of the symbols shown in the manual pictures you've posted though, there's only 1 horizontal line between the left and right square brackets rather than the 2 in the picture on the left.
 
Each bar is 200 ml so 5 bars is 1L.
I would be .more worried about the Oil PX being low.
Top up the Oil first but if the red light keeps coming on you might want to change the Px sensor.
When was the last Oil and filter change?
.Might be Worth changng them out?

Oil Px should still be good even if down on level. IMO.

I would be careful with just topping up. My car does the same thing.

Already done two oil refreshes, always a complete drain (let it drip for half an hour) and then a correct fill up with the correct amount of oil and the display sticks at half full. :headbang:

Changing the sensor would be the most wise thing to do, or just do an oil refresh to be sure that you are at a correct amount.
