Anyone know what this is?

This was connected to the underside of a centre console that I have just bought on ebay, underneath just in front of the cup holder tray.

Anyone recognise what it is?

Is it a Central locking system module?

Part number 51167150174, number 6 in the diagram.

No it's not the central locking module as my current centre console does not have it fitted and has no wiring to it.

You're right it is a central locking module which was on the centre console that I bought off ebay but why does my 2009 zed not have one fitted there and no wiring :?

Hi Kevin,

No idea why the difference in your case - I just looked at the details on Real OEM website for my model E89 (June 2009, SDrive-35i) and saw the item showing in the web page I pointed you towards.

I have a new bank of switches (without the decals worn off the roof open/close buttons) to fit - when I finally get some time to myself I'll let you know what I find, or not as the case may be, for the Central Locking System Module.
