It had MOT advisories in Feb 17 at 111k miles with a patchy MOT history prior to that maybe suggesting owner(s) not paying attention. If it was cheap, in good nick and had a fist-full of receipts for the common e85 things like suspension bushes, rear springs, roof motor, and N52 engine work like water pump, then it might be OK.
