Anyone know the history on G14MEF E89

I'm looking to buy my first E89 3L and this car ticks all my boxes, I was just wondering if any of the members previously owned or had knowledge about the car, or even had experience with the dealer. I'm in Northern Ireland so I can't really nip over and take a spin in the car without being pretty committed in my head to buying it.

you could start by going to the .gov.uk website and searching 'my mot history' for the car, that will confirm mileages, recalls due and MOT work done and advisories from the last MOT

Thats a pretty basic car so far as I can see, no cruise, no iDrive, no parking sensors.
How does it stack up in price against better specced examples??

Has parking sensors but not much else so pretty basic spec

Heated seats, though.
SE spec. Looks like the outer two DRLs aren't working.
MOT history shows it did half it's mileage in first three years. 16k+ miles a year is a LOT for a Z4 (possibly a lease car).

But in answer to the initial question; Nope.

OP; please forgive the 'constructive' comments, but we see it all the time on here. People put a post of a random car they like, go and buy it then a week later start posting about all the problems it has and how the dealer doesn't want to know. We are only trying to help (it's what the forum does).

Thanks for the advice. I've taken it off my list now, it had a few to many owners and a few bad reviews of the dealer have put me off it. There are just about enough 3L E89's out there to be picky :-)

I think you made the right choice, shame, it’s a great looking car
