Anyone interested in a Group buy for CF front fenders?

Hey Peeps!

I am doing a group buy for front fenders for the z4 (e85/e86). The fenders are made from high quality Carbon Fiber (1.5kg for the pair).

The person who's making them has extensive knowledge and experience making parts for f3000, Rally and some European NASCAR.

The fenders are not complete yet, so this will be a feeler thread (for now), until he finishes them.

I will include some pictures how it is looking, as well as other carbon fiber products he has made, for reference.

This product will be made and shipped from Spain

Are the images of the dash pieces just there for reference or are they available for purchase too?

They would go in the rear view mirror housing, which he will be making, however, they are sold separately

The price has not been set, because he has not finished the pieces, once he is done with the pieces (later this week) I will give you an estimate, which, depending on the number of people who buy it, may, or may not go

Without asking the owner, we might be looking at a ballpark figure of about £1,000 to £1,100 (I converted it from USD, I will have to talk to the person building it to make sure these numbers are correct)

Unfortunately he does not have a mold for ///M, Just the non m pre lci.

That's great. Look forward to seeing the results. Just a question - are these to be supplied as raw CF?
I'm thinking the gloss lacquer trims are a little off putting as the wings will be raw CF and a rough Matt finish... .?? Would be good to see some examples of the CF straight out the mould etc.

Well the guy gave me the OK to include a group buy for the dash trim (2). Once he figures out shipping costs, etc... he will let me know so I can include prices for both items (fenders & dash trim)
