well yes I've asked - but they don't have anything to be able to reset it and they won't reimburse me for a trip to the dealers!

That’s a cop out, it’s down to them & id be insisting they pay to put it back as it was!

I'd have paid their bill, less the cost of a reset elsewhere, if they weren't prepared to sort it themselves.
