This was mounted in the on the side of the passangers bootspace when I bought the car
I removed it since I couldn figure out what it was good for..
Looks like some kind of fittingdevice??

OMG you didn't remove it did you?!! Put it back, immediately. It is an adapter fitting for the faux de-cloaking device. I don't think it is an European option unless you have a Polish registration vehicle. :wink:
 
Isn't that something so that the engine cams are properly balanced with the rear of the vehicle? i.e. supremely critical






















Actually I have no clue as to what that might be, but it's fun hyphothesising (F sp).....
 
If you'd looked carefully you'd have seen one on the other side of the trunk. The idea is to slot a pole in (metal type, not Polish national as mentioned above by 20ducks) in side to side, not disimilar to a wardrobe clothes rack.

It's an avid detailers accesory so they can always have a selection of microfibre clothes and leathers hanging on it, ready for a quick detail at a moments notice without fear of contamination by them touching anything....
 
Rubbish, you get that when you buy an M badge. You slot the extra horse shoe in there from that 1 HP you gained.

Holy shite.....I will make the wife uncover the Zed (2 covers are better than one) and check this out. This would be way cool if I have the these in mine. Thanks...mucho!
 
hey, you are going to make me WANT to sell my Z3 to get a Z4 so I too can have all these goodies with my car! I am jealous :!:

It holds the which-a-ma-call-it in place when your car is stopped!
My car is stopped so much I had to add another one on the other side!!

I highly recommend adding another it really makes your car so much better when it's stopped!!!!!
You can't imagine until you do!!
