We decided not to buy each other pressies and instead buy a new Sony Bravia TV (still trying to work out how all the toys on it works. May even have to look at the instructions), and have a week in Dubai for New Year.

Yes I must have been indeed although I suspect the fact that I succumbed to my wife and daughters requests to get a new Black Labrador puppy might have something to do with it. This little chap is coming to live with us towards the end of this week
