2004 3.0se Getting a full fault scan and DME re-programed with newest software tomorrow. Anyone else done the same thing? What were the results, good? No difference?
Reasons why is that I've had a cold start issue since the weather got colder. Car start idles, revs jump from 1000-500 and back. Eml, yellow triangle and engine light pop up an go off. Will do it again and stall.
Regardless if I give it revs the revs still jump down and back up?
Cleaned maf, idle control, new air filter, new disa, can't find an air leak...
If this don't fix it I'm going for coolant sensor & cold start mech...even though both show ok on diagnostics.
Driving me mad now, and emptying my pockets fast!
