Anyone else into bikes?

love bikes been riding a long time now, currently in my garage i have 6 bikes

suzuki gsxf750 commuter, im my humble opinion a awesome, do it all bike
1984 suzuki DR600 dakar big tank, single, kickstart only and its a proper beast
1990 harley davidson hardtail custom rat
1987 kawasaki gpz500 classic bike which i will always have tucked away
a junior drag bike for the 1/4 mile fun,
and lastly a 50cc 2 stroke NRG moped thats a good jump to town/shops/ hoon bike(scooter)

SoobyR1, some lovely bikes you have there.

But that Yamaha LC is sublime! I'd love one like that, but would have to sell my Z4 to fund it and I'm not sure that is a price I could pay! :lol:

I bought it a few years ago for not an awful lot, having raced one in the 90's I just love two strokes so couldn't pass this one by , it still goes like stink Not bad considering its vintage

Only just come across this thread, some nice bikes in there.

I've had a couple of the bikes in Smartbear's pics, the TZR250 (top bike) and green Kawasaki KH250 triple which I once managed to seize the middle pot at 75mph on the M67

Been riding bikes since I was 16 (now 50) well before I learnt to drive and probably had more than 30 bikes over the years. I've had a few of all the major Jap brands, plus KTM, Motoguzzi, Aprillia and currently have a BMW F800R and Vespa GTS300.

Tend to swap bikes every 12-18 months despite doing less mileage every year!

I had a blue one of those back in 1989 - and sold it to a work colleague who said it had seized on him! Worked OK for me :lol:

Hence me now having to retire and this is why I now have the Z4

Totally with you on this! Raced a 350 YPVS and a CBR 600 in Scottish Championship but it was a road bike accident that nearly finished me off
