Anyone Driven With a Dog in the Passenger Seat?

I would have a read up on it as the law is open to interpretation. My take on it from the reading I have done is that it's a bit "moody' as they can argue (especially in a Z4) that in the passanger seat restrained that they can still "get at the driver"

If anyone can find something that proves me wrong otherwise please let me know as I am planning a trip to see my family in Norfolk next month and I want to take my and not her car.

Funny enough I have been testing out how I can get the dog and the cage down there. It's good to have a coupe!

What a cute looking Dog, almost looks like my Cat!. What breed is it?

My Bodeguero Rey rides in the passenger seat all the time - especially to Spain and back with no problems. I clip his harness into the seatbelt to keep him in his place. I also put down one of those yoga-mats over the seat base onto the floor then cover that with a comfy airline blanket - that keeps the seat and trim protected and Rey nice and comfy :)

When I take ours I put a plastic storage crate upside down in the passenger footwell. I then put one of his beds across the seat and storage box and that gives him a lot more solid base and no fear of him falling forward into the footwell

He is a 13 week old border collie so only a little pup. I won't spam everyone with pictures on here but if you are interested- tinks_the_border_collie on Instagram if you would like to see some more pictures of him (yes I am that sad  )

Dog seatbelt that clips in and then onto their harness. Got that from eBay and was a few pounds.
‘PetGear’ dog seat cover covers the entire seat and keeps everything clean and paw free.
Works great and fine to take the dog out. My cocker spaniel loved going in my Z4. But then he’s a total poser. :D
