There are a few home solutions that work ok if you follow the advice on YT. You can buy the glue to stick on and pull the dent and then tap down. Give that a go first.

inch:i would say you driving to him is non essential travel - dent repair is certainly not critical. However, for the dent repair guy, it is his job, so therefore i would say he was allowed to travel to you to do his job, which clearly he can't do at home, as no one can come visit him. i suspect there are still mobile tyre fitters, dent removal guys, gardeners etc vans driving round, doing their jobs.
And then obviously when hes at your place, you keep to social distancing, and payment is handled electronically.

Unfortunately it is a case of 'stay at home'. Personally, one of my family members died due to CORVID-19 a couple of days ago. Please don't risk spreading it to potentially vulnerable individuals. (Not having a directed rant, just stating the facts)
Ive got to say, brillomasters advice is sensible. If you want it done and want to support someones business, let them come to you.

Contemplating trips like that and you definately run the risk of getting instant fine issued when you get stopped by the Police. My advice from the Funeral Industry where I work let alone the NHS and HM Gov. is don't even think about it, the risk to you and everybody else is too high. You may be bored at home but you just have to put up with it like the millions of others.

Surely you would just leave it until this is all over whenever that will be!!
My Zed needs thermostat and pump changing and I don’t have the skills/access so I’m in a similar situation. Could call my mechanic friend out but I wouldn’t want to put anyone at risk for a non essential job.

That is absolutely true and I certainly wouldn't be taking that risk but, at the same time, it would be his call to make.saj77 said:

This is what I mean when I say many in the UK really aren't taking this situation seriously enough. Are the numbers coming out of Italy Spain and the like not enough to tell you to stay home?
