Anyone brought a Maytag appliance from Costco ?

Hi.
My Bosch dishwasher has packed up and I'm looking at buying a Maytag from Costco.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of Maytag.

They are a American company but not widely sold over here.

I can get a Miele the same price but hopefully I can collect a Maytag from Costco in the morning.

costco have a really good returns policy, i think its something daft like 5 yrs. its worth checking out. i know a few people who have had stuff that was over a year old and costco just took it back with the receipt no questions. sorry dont know about the mytag stuff.
 
Maytag products have a reputation for never needing repairs, the "Lonely Maytag Repairman" adverts, that rep may be a bit out of date. Also, most of the appliances are built by the same few companies with different labels put on them as they go out the door (just like TV's). Bosch and Miele are considered higher end over here but in dishwashers as long as they work and have
decent functionality they are all basically the same.

My wife does the Costco thing , I hate the place so can't comment on the return policy as I've never returned anything.
