P P4XLL Member Bristol Sep 16, 2015 #1 Just put my 2004 in for an MOT and failed fairly badly. Main issue being a major leak in the down pipes and rear shocks being knackered. Just wondering if anyone is breaking a Z4 and has the down pipes and rear shock absorbers? Thanks

E EdButler Senior member Sheffield Sep 17, 2015 #7 Are you absolutely sure it needs a whole new DP? A common failure is just the bolts that link the DP to the Centre pipe. New bolts and gaskets and you're away.
