Lifer
From fleabay international sellers,£39.78 +£19.27 del?-looks a bit cheap unless you go for the options=clear straps, smoke colour?

Sorry i still dont know how to do one  i just typed z4 wind deflector in fleabay and its the top one of international sellers

Presume you mean this one?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-Z4-Windblocker-Windscreen-Windstop-Wind-Deflector-/200614035411?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eb5873fd3

Does seem very good value for what they're promising it offers. Anyone tried it?

That looks horribly cheap - not something I'd ever put on my car. I wouldn't even put that on a cheap £1000 car.

I have this one fitted on my car its really first class and looks factory fit , you can't even tell its fitted when looking in the rear view mirror with no sun glare at all , not cheep but well worth the money. The only problem is its permanently fixed but to be honest that doesn't cause any problems at all , but as its clear it doesn't need to be removed at night, fix and forget. Here's the web site

www.RoadsterSolutions.com (Z4 clear wind blocker)

easiest way is just to copy the url from your browser, only downside with that method is it navigates you away from the Z4 site.

If your press the URL button though wehn posting it will insert "" with the cursor in the middle ready for you to paste the URL which will open a new window when somebody clicks on it.

The roadster solution one isn't to bad, OEM is best but not cheap.

Looks like a plastic tea tray! Is the idea of the holes in the original not only to make it light but to allow air flow with the hood down?

Admittedly i've just found out that my dealer fitted deflector has the retaining bracket fitted upside down...so thats why it doesnt clip in place :headbang:

Yep - the original has mesh (ie isn't clear glass/perspex) for a reason.

Mine works very well too

... I really like the clear Acrylic one from the States

Damn pricey though  ... And an OEM one is almost $600 :o

Says it's removable - does anyone know if it fits on the OEM headrest brackets ?
