Anybody tried polyurethane lollipop bushes?

Saw these SuperPro poly bushes (bit of a tongue twister!) on eBay. I think I’m going OEM, but these caught my eye because there don’t appear to be many (any?) other eccentric bush options if you want to try polyurethane.

I fitted Powerflex Performance bushes to my front ARB. Very nice

Oddly enough I just did the same recently, which is what prompted the question re. the lollipop bushes!

Missed these earlier, which are eccentric: https://www.powerflex.co.uk/black-series/product-details/Front+Wishbone+Rear+Bush%2C+Caster+Offset/11516.html

Just interested in any feedback re how they feel. They should have more of an impact than poly ARB bushes, but whether they will be right for road usage or not, I don’t know.

I'll be keeping a close eye on this thread as I'm considering doing the same, old rubbers have been on since 2003 :|

Honestly I think you will be good with the standard Powerflex bushes for the Z4. There are favourable reports for installation on non-M Z4s.

The ///M bushes are eccentric. I’m asking whether anybody has experience with the eccentric poly bush options, which seem to be pretty scarce.

Try searching the US forums for info, they tend to go with more Bush changes because their roads aren't like ours!!

I ran these on my Si and now my M.

My mates a super pro dealer.

I had the power-flex ones originally but got so fed up with them squeaking - Must of taken them out 3 times and re greased them!

Don't in comparison the SP ones are a little softer and don't transmit as much NVH and they don't squeak after being fitted for over a year!

That is exactly the kind of feedback I’m after, thanks. What kind of grease do you need to use, just out of interest?

I think the powerflex ones usually come with copper grease?
Anyway I've had powerflex lollypop bushes and arb bushes for 8 years now (roughly 40k miles) in my zed without any squeaking or failure. I inspected them a short while ago, they still look like new! Top quality product that has clearly stood the test of time.

Your welcome.
