Quite like the look of these from BM Autosport

The way things go generally is:
1: they look pretty similar but may no be as concave on the rears as genuine
2: the colour is a bit flat compared to genuine
3: they are a bit softer so bend/crack/kerb easier, and are typically heavier
4: they'll be worth very little if you decide to sell
5: once you've factored in a refurb you may as well have gone genuine

Save for some genuine CSLs! Such a noticeable difference over the 224s

This is all my opinion of course, in terms of pure looks I struggle to tell which are reps/genuine

Which I guess are pretty similar, they do stock silver also. Had them on a couple of months now and no problems. The fronts weighed around 11kg and the rears 11.5kg. The concave on them is as deep looking as gen with the same rear offset. The fronts have a slightly different offset but it's in the directon of filling the wheel arch out more. The seller is on M3cutters where they seem to be a popular choice for those looking at reps.

Yep, I have these too from Chris. Had them for 2 years maybe now, been absolutely perfect/normal as you'd expect. Just couldn't take the pain if I bought OEM CSLs and kerbed them :cry:

My M only does about 1500 miles a year (I know, I know, not enough), so the worry of bending them/kerbing isn't as great as it would be if I was driving it daily.

I'll give it some more thought.

Looking at the other wheels on the BM Autosport site, it's these that I would buy (assuming they'd fit a Z4M):

I looked at these when I bought my wheels, but came to the conclusion the fronts wouldn't fit :(

Hi, I have been running these wheels on my Z4MC with Eibach Pro lowering kit and have been very pleased with them I have had them about 2 years now. I wouldnt worry about comments regarding reliability etc, some rep wheels are very well made and not all cheap tat! These are good and bmautosport were superb to deal with.

True, they may not be worth as much to sell them on again, but if you are like me then that doesnt matter, you are buying them for you and your car and not paying over the odds for a badge IMHO 8)

P.S. The concave on the rear is exactly the same as genuine CSL. They look awesome :)

I have them too and very happy. Fits straight on our M's.
Only slight design difference is on the fronts but you wouldn't notice.
Funny enough they seem a tad lighter than OEM's, mine were 12.1kg (front) and 12.3kg (rear). Certainly lighter than the std 18" wheels.. And better looking! :)
