Was about to order some spacers for my 06 2.5 Si (H&R hubcentric) but before I do I just wanted to see if anyone else is running them on there Z. I was going to go 20mm for the rears and 15mm for the fronts, anyone else running this size set up?

Thanks

Adam

Loads of people here are running spacers. I have 12mm front and 18mm rear but a few extra mil would be fine i'm sure. My pics are here

Went for the bimmec ones from ebay because they were good value with the longer bolts included.

Don't forget you will need 4wheel realignment to allow for the +40mm track.

I should have said adjustment rather than alignment Mr W. I would certainly be getting the camber adjusted.

Looks better Bony, is there room for that couple more mm on the back?

What are other people running on there cars?

I'm running staggered mv2's on standard suspension (sport)

Well I went for H&R Trak spacers, 12mm front and 15mm rear to be on the safe side. Thought 20mm on the rear might be just a little too much and they didn't do 18mm. Lets hope the car looks better for it!

I have 12mm front and 15mm rear.

The 12mm's up front run perfect with the Style 135 wheels I have, but I wish I'd gone for 20mm at the rear.

I had 20mm on the rear and found it rubbed slightly, same with 15mm on the front. I now run 15mm on the rear with no rubbing at all, and would like a set of 10/12mm for the front. This is all with a set of Eibach Pro springs and Goodyear Eagle F1s.

Pre lowered, no spacers:

I've got 15mm front and 20 rear with no rubbing but then mine isn't lowered. I've also got the same staggered MV2 wheels as you A5 VRX

I wanted 20 on the rear but couldn't be sure if they would rub on a standard sport set up and found no info otherwise so played on the safe side. I'm sure 15's will work spot on, got to look better than standard anyway! Thanks for posting the pics.

How do you find the Eibachs?

Whenever I have customers at work asking about spacer sizes, I always e-mail them a link to this video!
It demonstrates by far the best way to measure up for spacers with minimal risk :)

I have (albeit yet to fit) 20mm on the back and 15mm on the front. Standard sport setup, not lowered and with staggered MV2's.

Hi Junlist,

Nice Z4 :) I have the same car
I am about to order Eibach spacers, 15 for rear and 12 for front.

From Eibach I have choice between following bolt length:

M12x1,5x35
M12x1,5x39
M12x1,5x43
M12x1,5x45
M12x1,5x47

Before ordering, would be nice to get your bolts lenght. I suppose same length whatever front or rear wheels?
Thanks in advance
