Hi all.

Looking to see if anybody on here knows what style these are;
https://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1829673618

Want to know the stud pattern and offset - I am not confident the seller will know/ have this information ....

Not sure of the style number but I had 19" version of these on a 2011 1 series.

Can't speak for offsets but pretty sure most (if not all) modern BMW wheels are 5x120.

Great info - thanks mr wilks. I presume you have had them on an E85/ 86 at some point?

Not yet :oops: they would need spacers though, 15mm front & 20mm rear will do it

They look good, reasonably close to the 224s but far more of them around to buy. What scope to you have on tyre width with these? I have seen the following is a recommended config for these rims;
- 215/40 front
- 245/35 rear

Do you know how much scope you have for different sizes on these, having 225's on the front rather than the 215's for example?

Hey Mr Wilks - did you ever get these fitted?

Yes mate had them on over Xmas , now sold to a guy with a 1series.
Couldn't get a spacer on front though that's most likely due to 225 40 18 tyres . Better with 215 40 on a Z
Rears I had 245 40 & 20mm spacers

They look good. So the front spacer caused rubbing I presume?

I used this site https://www.willtheyfit.com/ and with the 225 40's it looks like they are a tiny but further away from the suspension but will be around 1cm less for protrusion.

Did you not like them, thus the reason for the sale?

I prefer my 326s :wink: put the set of 261s together on winter tyres for a roadtrip over xmas ( expecting iffy weather ) Scottish borders & Northumberland , once that was done i sold them .
The front Michelin Alpin were 6mm & very chunky outer edge , that with the lowered suspension meant even a 5mm spacer caused rubbing on full lock :cry: perfectly fine without spacer so shows that often rubbing occurs with a margin of just a few mm
