Went for a drive this afternoon ,from home to Stokesley to Helmsley and the road was pretty quiet then over to Hutton Le Hole (Nice pretty village) then from there to Rosedale (Brief stop for a cuppa and some grub I had bought ) and down chimney bank , was not going to go that way as last time I went along there the road surface ws atrocious, but now all resurfaced as far as the bank :driving: Then through Rosedale along the moor to rejoin the Blakey ridge road (When I stopped to rejoin I couldn't help the grin as I could just smell the waft of hot tyres ) Castleton and then home to Redcar :driving: Helps counter a stressful day at work

Glorious weather on the drive up to Bristol today. Breakfast at Trago mills, lunch at the SS Great Briton and dinner at the Avon Bridge. Fantastic start to the weekend. Looking forward to the SW meet tomorrow.
Managed my commute to and from work through North London with the roof down for the past 3 days.
Finishing work at 20.00 and driving through Wood Green in semi darkness with roof down is a bit hairy.
