Any Z4-forum.com Members in Chicago, IL area?

On this forum, I think there's only me and you. Another black M Coupe owner is on all the others - z4coupeaddicts.com, bimmerfest, and 6-speedonline.
 
Nice to meet you epbrown. Where are you located? I live in Geneva and have a loft in Chicago. Your 2 Zs look impressive in your picture. What model years are they?
 
Hello as well. The roadster is a 2003 2.5i, the coupe a 2007 M purchased 4 weeks ago, both parked in Uptown - an area I chose specifically because you can find off-street parking without selling a kidney! (I was in Wrigleyville/Lakeview before).
 
I'm originally from Munster, IN. I lived and worked in Chicago from 1995 to 2007 and recently moved to Geneva. I kept my loft in River North Chicago, but don't get to the city as much as I would like to. I commute from Geneva to Rockford daily which is 108 miles daily, but it only takes about an hour each way. Don't worry, I don't subject my Z4 to those commuter miles...I have a 2007 Honda Fit Sport as my commuter car and I get about 38 miles per gallon.
 
Summer is coming slowly but surely.

I just joined this board but I am in Iowa City (about 3 hours from Chicago) and I would be up for some sort of meet :)
