Any Thoughts on New Cats? P0420/P0430

I just bought my '05 3.0i M54 about a month ago.

The Check Engine light was/is on. EDIABAS software codes say my Cats do not meet the minimum threshold. No other codes are present.

I replaced all four o2 sensors in hopes that a more accurate reading of the exhaust would convince the car the cats are fine.

Do you have any other thoughts, suggestions, or experience with this issue?

Codes are:
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
