@PVR I don't recall any case where they've been shared upon divorce....

I could just see the divorce paperwork
Mr. X retains the right of access to the breasts on Tuesday and Thursday of each week, alternate weekends and for a mutually-convenient week during the summer...

My second divorce .... I pre-empted the court by giving her everything .... all I had left were my clothes .... so there was nothing to fight about .....

cost about the same ..... second one was painless ..... :D

It's one thing having a night on the lash and waking up to a woman you don't recognise... but waking up finding a strange sock in the bed... that's sick! :evil:

My sister met a fella , recently divorced with £180k from selling joint home ( which he had pretty much provided from working 7 days a week )
They married & bought a house outright with the £180k ( my sister only had debt :cry: ) in moves my sister with her 2 teenagers & all went well for 3 years then my sister decides he wasn,t right for her , , i felt for the guy in all honesty ,
The choice was sell the house & split the proceeds or he gives her half the house value , yep she wandered off with around £90k :wink: fukin scandalous situation i felt but the law is the law & once solicitor,s get involved it,s a licence to help themselves to anything & everything
