Any prospective 35is buyers?

I will be looking to sell my 63 plate 35is later on this year perhaps around August 2016. The reason I am selling is that I am looking to buy a 718 Cayman which is still to be released. I am on the Porsche Tonbridge dealer list of intention to buy.

Basic specs (will list more details later) are currently 15500 miles on the clock (I average about 500 miles per month so I would estimate around 19000 miles will be done closer to when I come to sell). It is in mineral grey. It doesn't have BMW nav which may put some off.

Pics when I first got the zed can be found on this thread:

Not sure exactly when the new Cayman will be released. I think the Boxster 718 is out this April so the Cayman shouldn't be too far behind.

Please do let me know if you may be interested and do ask any questions. The reason I am not pricing right now is that I need to know when Porsche can get me a Cayman!

Cheers!

Cayman 718 S is due in September and I have placed an order :)

So I will be looking to sell in the next 3 months. The car has transferrable BMW service inclusive 5 years/50000miles. I will post the asking price, specs and pictures closer to the time.

Really do hope it goes to a forum member.

Cheers

Looks like an awesome car with almost everything i was after.

Shame about the sat nav missing though...hmmmm.

Watching with interest; although was hoping to buy sooner rather than later.

I'm looking for one but would have to have the nav.

Looks like a lovely car though. GLWS.

Can throw in my super spec Tom Tom :D - only kidding. My stance is that "you don't buy a 35is for its navigation.....". Ok not the best selling point but I am kicking myself as I now know it will definitely squeeze out a significant number of potential buyers. On the plus side though it does have the comfort pack and heated seats :)

I am looking at prices of similar models on Autotrader/Pistonheads to get an idea of an offer price. Main dealer service and MOT will be due mid-September which I will get done.

I can see your point but I guess with the prices the 35is' command, you'd expect nav.. at minimum parking sensors. But each to their own.

Like I said it's a lovely car (esp the colour) and will sell readily I'm sure.

I have a friend who owns a Cayman S. An incredible car.. let us know how it is when you get it. :)

Of course. I missed that. Looking forward to the Cayman? What colour combo are you thinking of? They'll be turbo'd won't they? A good amount of torque to go with it. :D :happyclap:

I could be interested mate, but struggling to actually find out how much they are selling for at the moment. Some guidance on price would be appreciated.

Hi. There are a few on Autotrader at the moment and looking at their current listings for the 35is taking mileage and age into account I would looking for about £27k. I have received a build date for the Cayman 718 S and will be expecting this in October. Rather excited :) (gone for lava orange and black wheels... 8) )

Thanks for the interest

Sorry to bump this thread. Just had second dealership service and MOT. One cracked rear 326 M 19 inch wheel replaced under warranty. All the other wheels have been professionally refurbed 4 weeks ago (including the cracked one which was subsequently replaced  ). Rear tyres were changed 6 months ago (Bridgestone RFTS). Brake calipers and hubs have been professionally repainted.

Currently 18600 miles on the clock. Number plate is LX63 KNU.

I can trade this into Porsche or it can go to a forum member. I will post pics and specs soon.

Please PM me.

Cheers JC :D
