The pressure relief pipe has been the one that's caused the wet wall.
Now the prv has green replaced today there's no drop in pressure or excess water through there but we're still not getting sustained hot water through the taps as I think the heat exchange plates are sludged up. Tap turns on, boiler fires up, gunked exchange plates tell boiler it's reached temp before it has, boiler switches off again.
Plumber is going to call me with options for replacement parts (could also be the pump?) or complete new combi boiler. Already got another quote for complete replacement with chemical pipe flush. £1850 all in installing another Worcester.
