I am headed for Miami on monday, I wont be a bit surprised to find exactly this.
 
Just wait until you need to make sure you have spare paper currency (in proper denominations) to pay to use the restroom in flight

Don't laugh - not naming names but there are a couple of UK budget airlines just like that.
Buy a ticket then it's extra to check luggage, reserve a seat, eat, drink, board first, pay by card - the list is endless :thumbsdown:
