Looks a good 4 inches there Andy...?

C’mon John, I’m a guy, that’s at least 8 inches coming on 9

Aye it’s about 4 inches right enough, I went to see Kathleen last night and when I came home this afternoon this is what I found

OH sent me a picture of her “wee run” today 13.12 miles 2h 18 mins off road :o

Polar opposite of mine, that’s why she sends me pictures

I go out on the MTB and pace her when she’s training for an Ultra event. I also find that torture too trying to keep the pace down compared to my normal but she loves it as it picks her pace up quite a bit.

Don’t know much about times but I think she’s doing ok for 52.

Must work, she won her last Ultra, 7:07 (I think) for 37 miles, off-road again

Awesome achievement. I jogged the Dartmoor Highground Marathon in 2019. I had planned to do the Dartmoor Highgroud 50 miler last year. But cancelled. Keeps me fit :) . My plan is to finish it within the time aloud though, Not to win it.

Oh and MrsG doesn't even come and watch. Sensible gal that one. :)
