Oddly that's my idea of a fun day out too. :lol:

Polar opposite of mine, that’s why she sends me pictures :rofl:

I go out on the MTB and pace her when she’s training for an Ultra event. I also find that torture too trying to keep the pace down compared to my normal but she loves it as it picks her pace up quite a bit.

Don’t know much about times but I think she’s doing ok for 52.

Must work, she won her last Ultra, 7:07 (I think) for 37 miles, off-road again

Awesome achievement. I jogged the Dartmoor Highground Marathon in 2019. I had planned to do the Dartmoor Highgroud 50 miler last year. But cancelled. Keeps me fit . My plan is to finish it within the time aloud though, Not to win it. :wink:
