Hi guys,
I’m looking to get standard size tyres for my 261 18” alloys.
225/40R18
255/35R18
I’ve been looking at Michelin MPS5 or MPS4S.
Does anyone know of any current deals, offers or who is competitive currently?

I’ve looked at so far:
black circles £590 or £777 fitted. £535 or £721 delivered
ATS £670 or £780 fitted.
Asda £590 or £740 fitted
Camskill £516 or £602 delivered only,
Costco not all in stock. No 5 fronts or 4S rears. Plus not a member

Hoping to get the best deal and pay as little as possible.
Thanks

Is that price delivered, or fitted?

Camskill show...

PS4S (£576.30 + £26.00 delivery)
  • £120.70 for front
  • £167.45 for the rears
PS5 (£489.90 + £26.00 delivery)
  • £98.35 for front
  • £14.60 for the rears
There's also a £60 Michelin cashback if you buy 4 tyres.

Thanks @mmm-five they were all fitted.
I was hoping for a cash back deal as I know Michelin often do up to. £100 off 4 tyres.
Just having a look now and added to my list..

Camskill are good for michelin for sure.
I recently got a set of cup2 connects for about £200 cheaper (once you incluse the 60 cashback from michelin) than anyone else. In my experience the £100 cashback only ever applies to 19" and up, 60 is the most you'll get for 18s.

I might go 4S through camskill. 20% more over MPS5 but they’re amazing on my 240i.
What do you think?

The 4S is a better constructed tyre than the 5, similar to the old Supersport construction. That's where my money would go of the two. It's a shame they don't do the 5S in 18" yet.

Camskill looks the cheapest if you can sort fitting yourself. Black Circles sometimes has codes that make them competitive too. Costco can be decent if you know someone with a card.

I've only seen this thread after the latest comment.

Kwik Fit have a 15% discount on for the next couple of days.

Bridgestone Potenza Sports or Continental Sport Contact 7 look the better deals.

The Bridgestones are £476 fitted.

Michelin Pilot Sport 5 are £563 fitted.

Then don't buy michelins! :fuelfire:

Buy kumhos. Just released PS72 are half the price of michelins, with 95% of the performance. The remaining 5% you'd probably only notice if you took it on track.

I went with PS5 in the end from camskill (thanks to @TomK) and just awaiting my £60 cashback from Michelin.
Very happy to stick with Michelin and pay a little more, @brillomaster I was just looking for the best deal of course.
I have used PSS, (not great except in ideal conditions) PS4 and PS4S and very happy with them.

Would you not consider Sport Contact 7's? The PS4 is a fantastic tyre, but I put SC7's on the rear of my E89 and they're honestly the best tyre I've had. Haven't lost traction once.

Edit- I'm too late I see! Worth considering for anyone else though.
