Have a couple of stone chips that are niggling me. Anybody used ChipsAway before? Any recommendations for this type of outfit in the East Sussex TN postcode area?

Parents have used the Reading franchise a few times for car-park dents and scrapes etc with great results. I guess it depends on the skill of your local team though...

That was my worry...

Not used myself but there seems a lot of mixed reviews with these companies , as I believe they trade independantly under the name of a larger group so depends who you get on the day as to quality.

It maybe worth speaking to a local bodyshop as I have used this route in the past :) , cost is very little between the two I have found, but either way recommendation is king

Mrs Adamski used them to remove a scuff on her door. Was very impressed with the standard of finish.

I've used chips away for a scrape to the side skirt and the finish was brilliant, totally invisible. I've also used a chipex kit to get rid of stone chips and if you're willing to take your time you can get a fantastic finish too.

Like everyone else says - find the most recommended person you can; but for chips I'd do it yourself.

I have used them on my old car and also the coupe. She was a bit unsure of matching the colour at first with it being Phoenix but the match was spot on.

I've used Dr Color Chip with much success before.

This. It's been recommended a fair few times over on Detailing World, though I've never used it myself. I've seen the finished product of someone using it though, and it looked absolutely fantastic.

I personally would never go near them again, I used them in Cheshire on my Celica the finished product was as if they had just blotted in the chips with a paintbrush which I could have done myself.

-Same here except they burnt my e46 wing :(

I've used them on another car (near west drayton area from memory). I was very apprehensive given the state of their garage, but results were very good.

I used the Shrewsbury branch & big mistake. They might as well have used a paint roller on the chips & the lacqeur on a refurb'd wheel started to peel after a couple of weeks.
