Any interest in a non-M midpipe?

Any interest in a non-M midpipe?

I have a line on the development of a new reasonably priced midpipe for the M54-equipped cars. If there's enough interest, I can probably get a limited production run going.

The midpipe would allow you to run catless headers (ideally equal length), not throw a CEL, utilize high-flow metallic cats, incorporate a crossover in the exhaust system (extra power for those with equal length headers), and add a high quality resonator to reduce rasp and drone. Stock piping diameter would be maintained to allow you to run almost any aftermarket muffler out there (or remain stock), because they are almost exclusively cut and clamp.

I don't have final pricing yet, but expect it to be much better than the handful of options out there now. I'm thinking <$1500 USD.

The stock pipes are one piece from the headers back. On the M, it's broken up into the S-pipe, X-pipe, and mufflers... or section 1, 2, and 3 respectively. This system would include what would be the S-pipe and X-pipe, and cut and clamp to most Z4-specific mufflers.

Who's interested??
