Any ideas on how to remove aerial?

I've tried so many different things but my bloody aerial won't budge!! I've tried twisting with pliers, twisting with rubber gloves, twisting with both hands and tried some wd40 to see if it will loosen but it won't move an inch. And yes, I'm twisting it to the left (that's correct isn't it?)

I really want to fit my stubby :(

Any good tips?

left loosey, righty tighty, have you got your gloves on the right hands?

leave wd40 to soak over night
 
Chances are the connecting bolt is corroded and you'll eventuallly just shear it off.

Be ready to get a new base and start again :poke:

......which will cost you a tenner as i've been there.
 
Yep, and it always works by the sound of it.

Obviously not that widely known, so better not "spread the word" or was it words :D
