Any hints for setting the coilovers stiffness?

I installed coilovers in my Z4.
I lowered the height and now I'm fine tuning the ride stiffness.

I kind of struggle with how "jumpy" the back end is.
I don't know how the car performs on stock suspension as I bought mine with a shot one.
But right now when driving through a wide obstacle my rear end kind of "jumps". And because the seat is far back, sometimes I feel like I'm going to fall out of the car.

I'm experimenting with a stiff front end and soft rear - which helped a bit.

Any hints from you guys?

Try stiffening the rear. Your symptoms are consistent with an under-damped rear, so upping the damping rate might help. But that won't help you if your spring rates are too hard at the rear.

Do you know what rate springs you have fitted?
