Any harm for on-board computer

Hi guys,
I'm planning to perform thorough interior detailing which will involve seat removing, instrument panel trim removing and so on! My question is, since it will not be a one afternoon job, for how long can I live the battery diconected from the car? Is harmful to live the on-board computer without curent for lets say 1 week?

That will be fine, leaving it connected without seats would cause more problems.
