Any good E89 Z4 deals out there?

My wife's Z4 20i MSport will be 3 years old next April on a 4 year PCP, so starting to think about changing. She is really happy with the car, so would consider a new one if we can get one for the same monthly payment, otherwise we may just keep it.

The deals were really good back in 2012, and along with other people we had over £9k off 3 years ago. Looking on Broadspeed there is about £7300 off the 20i, and £10400 off the 28i, which brings the 28i down to about £1k more than the 20i, but it still looks like we would end up paying more.

The E89 is getting a bit long in the tooth now, so I was hoping we might find something at least as good if not better.

We are going into the dealers on the weekend, so it would be useful to know if anyone has changed recently and if so, what deal did you get?
 
From what I have seen Broadspeed and DriveTheDeal are the cheapest brokers for the Z4. I think you would do really well to achieve a higher level of discount.

You'll be doing well for a dealer to match Broadspeed....
 
I got my 2.8 m sport pure traction plus pro sat mat, pro speakers, heated seats, cruise control, etc, etc les £9k and on 4.9 April near full refund on tyre and gap trade in only lost £500 on a 61 plate 2.3 highlight in a year all from BMW in Giffnock, Glasgow ask for David Seagul - good luck
 
It might be worth waiting a little longer until the end of January when dealers will be desperate to shift stock especially cabriolets, you will probably get a better deal.

I placed my deposit a few weeks ago for a March 1st delivery. As said earlier you will do very well to get a dealer to match Broadspeed, but the deals out there were (IMO) excellent and enough to convince me into a new 335 IS.

I still think you may need to top up with a deposit though, to make the monthly payments the same ish....
 
Mark, I did all of the price comparisons and ended up with Coast2coast and Broadspeed being most favourable. I was about to push the button but thought buying local would be nice if unachievable at these sort of prices. Armed with the info I walked into Sytner Solihull, looking to do a deal on a 35i M Sport, but expecting to be shown the door.

To my surprise they said OK, and I even got the 5 year service pack included. The sales chap said any lower and they'd have to walk away. The logic was that if they didn't do it I'd just go to someone who would so they might as well have the sale. Early November I picked the car up and have to say it's one of the sweetest I've ever driven and the service from this dealer was unsurpassed (and I've sampled a few, believe me).

After sales completion a chat discovered that BMW allow a degree of variable marketing (cash discount to most of us) on the Z4. Even so Sytner lost about £300 on the actual sale but could make it up by having the car contribute towards their sales target for the period (for which they get some sort of bonus from BMW) so they'd come out about £700 on top overall and have another customer on the books.

Assuming all of this to be true I feel I took the price to the wire. Buying at this price made it attractive enough to buy new rather than used - and I couldn't find a S/H manual box 35i anywhere. I see that your location is the same as mine so you can't be far from this dealership. I guess anyone in Sytner would be happy to help, but just PM me if you want a name.

I guess there is 'cause I've got one sitting (fast asleep at the moment) in my garage - sucking gently on it's CTEK comforter.
