Just wondering if there are any G29 First Edition owners on here?

Picking mine up on Wednesday

Collected the First Edition yesterday evening, went to work and came home in the dark so yet to see what it looks like in daylight.

Why are these called 1st editions ? It like the BMW Mini was called the Mini one, when there had been REAL Mini's before it.
Not knocking the new "Fatter" Z4, just curious :wink:

I also thought that the first editions would have all been sold long ago. Just shows that either the G29 is not a big seller or the colours in the first edition are not wanted.

I believe it was the very first set of the G29 Z4s released all M40is same spec and colour only 45 came to the UK.

There's a few ex demos out there second hand, this was the only delivery mileage one I could find although a pre registered one.

The sun was so incredibly bright when I took this one;



A few random pics. The phone camera With auto HDR really struggles with the paint, sometimes it’s deep red, sometimes it’s bronze, sometimes it looks shiny, sometimes it looks flat but never does it capture quite the same as it appears to the eye. I’m over the moon! :wub:
