You will be knackered for a few weeks after...even doing a slightly taxing day..... slowly and regularly will get your body back upto fitness, and take good quality vitamins and vit D.![]()

My wife takes Vitamin D each day and is taking part in an academic study from the London School of Medicine - I’ll be interested to look at their conclusions.
