Any anglers on here?

Are there any fishermen on the forum? I'm talking coarse fishing, maggot drowners, if you will.

After a 25 year sabbatical and now living within a stone's throw of some of the best coarse fishing in the Country, I'm starting again.

Thought this a good day to start the thread, as it is the 'glorious 16th' today; start of the season.

Not me.
But I'm pretty sure if you throw stones in you'll p*ss off the very people you're trying to cosy up to.
Mind you, anything with coarse in the title is pretty likely to be right up your street.

The look on that fish's face as you tenderly cuddle it and whisper your intentions.

Your kinkyness knows no bounds sir, I salute you.

My house comes with 33ft of the River Soar, with mooring and fishing rights.

I’ve had a few boats but grew tired of it, and I’ve never been interested in fishing. I’ve seen some of my neighbours pull out some decent looking fish including evil looking monster pike.

Fished in 5 Oceans, just one missing the Southern ocean. Difficult to get to
Did a bit of sea fishing in my younger days; never really floated my boat (pun intended) TBH.
I've fished 2 oceans; the North Sea and the English Channel

I spearfish in Barbados whilst diving, Barracuda for the pot, Lionfish as they are an invasive species.

That is possibly as far away from the sort of fishing I posted the thread about as it can get.
