Another Z4MR wanted advert.

Hi everyone

I’ve been looking at Z4MR’s for a while, now is the time to stop daydreaming and make a purchase!

I'm looking for a private sale, enthusiast owned, less than 50k miles. Condition and service history are the most important things to me. History can be main dealer or specialist but needs to be complete. I plan to keep car in the garage and only use it on sunny summer days so I want a car which is in as good original condition as possible so I can keep it that way.

Spec
Headed seats and wind defector are the only must haves.
Rather not have nav but won’t dismiss a great car because of it.

Colour
Favourites are ruby black, carbon black and Imola Red, but any colour will be fine other than silver though. Sorry owners of silver cars.

Mods
I’m looking for as standard as possible.

If you have or know of a MR which fits the bill and are thinking of selling please get in touch. I’m in Milton Keynes and happy to travel for the right car.

Hopefully I can then break the habit of checking Ebay and autotrader every 5 minutes!

There were 2 or 3 owners of black Ms contacted me recently when I was looking for silver, hopefully the guys will get in touch! Good luck with the search! :thumbsup:

Good luck with the search, seems to be quite a few wanted ads going up. Not had a look lately at what is about but I can see prices creeping up as the summer starts to show. That said, there seem to be many that were up for sale when I put ours up in September.

Looked at a few but have ended up with an Alpina instead!

Doesn't seem to be much about at the moment, hopefully now we are into March and the weather might actually start to improve this might change. So if you're thinking of selling please let me know.

I know its 66k miles but if you're not going to use it much, its going to stay low and pan out anyway over the years. it seems to tick all of your other boxes ?

Hi

Nice car and at a great price, mileage is a bit too high for me though. I’m happy to wait and hopefully what I’m looking for will turn up.

Hi, are you still in the market?

I'm contemplating keeping mine for another summer. But:

it's an Imola red z4MR
64k miles 06 plate
Heated seats
wind deflector
CD changer

will have a fresh MOT in April, and 1yr BMW full warranty with zero excess, so total piece of mind....

Also had an inspection 2 at a BMW dealer 1yr and 4k miles ago

I’m definitely still in the market. In fact I drove 145 miles each way today to look at a Z4MR but unfortunately wasn’t the one for me.

Hi,

I’m selling my 2006 sapphire black MR. 37k Miles, full service history, totally standard. Wheels have had a £300 refurb and are immaculate with MPSS tyres all with 5mm plus tread.

Very good spec:
Sat nav
Cruise control
Airbag delete
Cup holders
Electric folding mirrors
10 speaker DSP
Wind deflector

Car is immaculate, no dings, rust, scratches, very few stone chips.
