I asked yesterday if they could fit me in for an inspection II today, no problem. I asked them to confirm the price which was quoted at £389. "That's bloody good" I thought, but just assumed they had an offer on or were competing with indies. Whatever. Anyway service done, and they call me to tell me it's ready and I ask the damage assuming that as usual, something else needed doing and the receptionist said "a lot less than it should be". So asking why it turned out they'd mis-quoted me, but would of course honour their mistake. So what should have been £485 was £389. So once again, great customer service from a main dealer
