Another roof question

Hi Guys,

My roof stopped working a few weeks back, mother was sounding and roof was latching and unlatching , just not going up or down.

Brought it to a workshop and they relocated the motor and changed the loom as they said it was burnt .

Great!! The roof went down and i drove for an hour before i put it back up. It stuck halfway and eventually i got it near the windscreen to try to get it to latch.
The motor was silent and the latching didn't work....just a flashing red light on the roof button.

The workshop thought it could be relays but they work. Everything works independently but the roof won't work.

Any suggestions?

Check the fluid level.
It may be they only filled to the '+' mark and after one movement it has bled itself of air and the level has dropped.
Although, if the motor is definitely not running then I'd also check the connections to it.
