Another reason to get a stubby...

Placed an order for a stubby last weekend through Mangowalk, and I'm really glad I did...

On my lunch break today I decided to nip into town, as I had a few errands to take care of, and opted to park in the open public car park. Beautiful day, sun shining, no clouds in the sky (I'm based in Poole Dorset by the way) so was in a rather buoyant mood. This was soon about to change...

Upon my return I noticed something odd when I approached the boot of my Z4... some tw*t thought it would be hilarious to snap the tip of my aerial :x Luckily nothing else was damaged - I had just added on a new chrome tailpipe and a personalised number plate and they were both still intact *phew*!

I rarely use the radio during my drives so decided to remove the aerial as it really did look out of place with the rest of the car.

Still waiting for my stubby but it will be added to the Z4 as soon as it arrives!

Btw, does anyone know the cost an OEM aerial?
I've seen one on ebay for £18 inc P&P. Is this good?
