another non-M M badge

Obviously this is all a load of b*****ks as the only true performance upgrade is changing a whippy to a stubby due to the increased aerodynamic performance at the rear of the Z4. The extra downforce generated is then converted into grip on the road which allows the engine to propel the car forward at lightning speed.

Don't forget the extra downforce created by the coupe's bird bath, equalling roughly one extra lightning of speed.

Can confirm the validity of this and the additional performance from not having 15ft of aerial  :fuelfire:

No ones mentioned the zhp knob. I'm sure when I fitted mine my 0-60 dropped by 2.3568 seconds. Scientifically varified by my highly tuned butt dyno! 😜

I sometimes see a 1 Series on my commute that has an M badge placed like this underneath the regular 116 or whatever badge - does make me smile as it stands out in that position for all the wrong reasons!

If someone wants to put a badge on their car ( wonky) and they are happy with that, then crack on. I guess I will be reprimanded for the M sport badges on my replica CSL wheels next :D
Also stubby aerials are more efficient at high speed as the whippy just shakes about and creates turbulence and stability issues :P

The gains from the aerodynamic advantages of the hatchback* + stubby + //M badges + stripes + zhp gearknob?

Stick a tank of V-Power in and that must be 750 bhp easily!

* Aerodynamic advantages may be lost if the roof rack is still on the car.

Page 72 of the user manual.

I wouldn’t be too worried about what people think about your badges on the csl reps.
No ones business, everyone’s taste is different usually.
Do what makes you happy!

Another unnecessary M badge, they've got this one at completely the wrong angle!

Just seen the M colours 'draped' across the bonnet and roof of some skanky old 3 series this evening. Looked fast as there was a blond in the passenger seat :o
